Background

Capitol Park is the first modern retail park development in the city Sabac, comprising of a retail area of 9.850 sqm on a land plot of 27.000 sqm, offering 17 retail units and 395 parking spaces. The total investment in the first phase equals to over 9 million EUR and it created more than 100 new job openings.

About The Project

A new, modern retail park opened its door in April 2014. Investors required complete creative package, from marketing strategy and plan for the next five year, to branding, whole graphic design (billboards, brochures, signage, etc), website and Facebook development, and regular event management.

The Solution

WDP created modern, user-friendly website with full content management system and Facebook page with regular campaigns. We have developed a complete marketing and creative campaign, with implementation and monitoring, from sketch to final product.
